Your access token allows anyone holding it to view the shipment record and available documents. Store the receipt securely. Credentials are removed from the browser address fragment after loading and kept only in memory.

A saved booking request awaits review. Operations must confirm availability, cargo suitability, scope, price and service terms before movement is accepted.
How updates are verified
The page shows recorded operational events, their timestamps and a record update indicator. This verifies that events were recorded; it does not independently prove a physical location, GPS position or a delivery outcome. Proof of delivery depends on supporting evidence reviewed by operations.
Notifications and contact
Email, WhatsApp and SMS preferences apply only to configured channels. The operations console shows queued, failed and provider-accepted attempts. A provider acceptance is not proof that a recipient read the message. A message sent through your tracking page is recorded for operator review; it does not directly send an external email.
Missing reference or token?
Use your verified booking contact to request access help. Do not publish your reference and token together or send sensitive identity documents through the message form.
